Gratin Daughinois for speaking class

I am going to tell you how to make a Gratin Daughinois.
This recipe is for 4 people. You will need some ingredients, potatoes, garlic, fresh cream, milk, butter, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

First, you have to prepare oven and baking dish. Pre・heat the oven to 160 degrees, and butter up the baking dish. This dish is heat-resistant type.

Next, prepare potatoes. Peel and rinse 1kg potatoes, medium or small size potatoes. Then, cut the potatoes 3mm thick slices. After, soak the potatoes in cold water in a bowl for a minute and drain into a colander.

After you’ve prepared potatoes, you have to prepare other ingredients, too. First, chop a clove of garlic into fine pieces. Next combine milk and fresh cream. Each of them is 300cc.

Next, put all ingredients and make layer in the baking dish. First put potatoes and garlic pieces in the bottom. Next, put combined milk and fresh cream on the potatoes. Then, sprinkle a half of teaspoon nutmeg, a little pepper and salt on it. After, put cut 20g butter on all things.

Next, you have to do is baking. Bake the dish in the oven for an hour and half carefully, until the surface become brown. Don’t burn it black. If you want cheese, you can put some pieces of cheese on the dish before you put the dish into the oven.

Next, let it cool. It passed 1 hour and half, you took out the dish and leave it 5 minutes. It gets cool down, you prepare 4 small plates. Then serve the gratin on each plates. It’s ready to eat.

I supposed to do presentation about this recipe last week, in speaking class. It is hard to say.. I overslept and I couldn't attend to the class. What a shame:'(
